New Enviro200 MMC BYD eBuses enter service on Red Arrow routes 507 & 521

This is a short news update.

According to London Vehicle Finder, the all new Enviro200 MMC BYD eBus (fleetcode SEe) has entered service on London Buses Red Arrow routes 507 and 521.

Below you can see the screenshots from London Vehicle Finder, taken on 30^th August 2016.

Also, it’s worth noting that these new buses also have USB charging ports for commuters to charge their devices; this is new to London Buses as well.

Another bit of news is that the 3 door 2 staircase hybrid buses called New Routemaster finally entered service on route 189 on the same day as the new electric buses enter service on Red Arrow routes.

Finally, the New Routemaster is still rolling out as the new deliveries are seen at Heysham Docks.
