Here’s another round of London Bus Tender Awards for January 2025, which shows that Transport for London and London Sovereign have retained routes 285 and 326.
LBSL intends to enter into new contracts for the following routes with the operators listed below:
Route 285 (24hr)
Retained by Transport UK West London
Peak Vehicle Requirement (PVR): 16
Vehicles: Existing hybrid double deck
Contract Start Date: 28th June 2025
Contract End Date: 30th June 2028
Route 326
Retained by RATP London Sovereign (soon to be First Bus)
PVR: 15
Vehicles: Existing diesel single deck
Contract Start Date: 26th July 2025
Contract End Date: 28th July 2028
The diesel and hybrid vehicles detailed above will meet Euro VI emissions standards.
