Transport for London (TfL) has announced yesterday (14th January) the first round of London Bus Tender awards for the New Year (2025), with three bus routes set to continue using single-deck buses until the end of 2028.
LBSL intends to enter into new contracts for the following routes with the operators listed below:

The diesel and hybrid vehicles detailed above will meet Euro VI emissions standards.

PoznaΕ, Poland is adding 17 electric Solaris Urbino buses to its fleet, with delivery expected by Q2 2026. Each 18-metre bus will carry 110 passengers and feature advanced batteries for long ranges. MPK PoznaΕ already operates over 300 Solaris buses, including 58 electric and 25 hydrogen models.

The London Omnibus Traction Society (LOTS) has reported that route 323 has been 'de-electrified', as the existing buses will be used for the Cross River Cycling Service once the new Silvertown Tunnel opens in April.
