Consultation response on Route 15H

Recently I received an email from TFL Consultations regarding Route 15H frequency change.

The purpose of the consultation is to change the frequency of the service from 15 to 20 minutes to maintain the services reliability. 85 stakeholders (including me) took part on the consultation.

Quick Update on London Buses Route 13

This is a follow up from my previous article.

The good news is that London Buses Route 13 will not be axed due to political intervention from the GLA’s Mayor of London; this is because of the upcoming General Election.

Route 66 is a London Buses route that uses the A12 Eastern Avenue road which links from Leytonstone to Romford Station. The route goes parallel to the Central Line stations between Leytonstone to Newbury Park, then it goes towards Romford station.

London Bus Routes is a website that features timetables for bus routes that serves in London.  Here you can find a timetable for your local bus route in London. The website pages were originally designed for Microsoft Internet Explorer, but it gives a retro feel that your visiting a website with less graphics due to slow dial up technology over a decade ago. Another positive thought that the pages on this website load lot quicker under a broadband connection. This website is maintained by Robert Munster in which he works as a bus schedulecompiler for one of the major London Bus operators. His website is not affiliated to Transport for London or any of the bus operators.

This is the continuation from the LiveLondon Bus Map which the developer Matthew Somerville made.

Before he made the bus map, he created a Live Tube Map which shows the London Underground trains

Live London Bus Map shows the London Bus routes onto an interactive map. It is developed by Matthew Somerville who developed the Live Tube Map in which he originally created.  It uses Open Street Map

Jubilee Line Extension for OpenBVE

The Jubilee Line extension opened in stages from the summer to Christmas in year 1999. The Jubilee Line Extension started the extension from Green Park to Stratford via South London.

Website review: London Vehicle Finder

London Vehicle Finder tracks the buses that are currently running on the London Bus routes.  When you enter a route number, the website gives you a list of buses currently operating on route 11
